Papers submitted for consideration in the Special Issues must follow Corporate Ownership and Control and Governance and Regulation Author Style Guidelines;
When submitting papers the authors should declare whether they would like to have their papers considered for publication in the Special Issues of Corporate Ownership and Control or Governance and Regulation.
