We are pleased to announce the contributions just made by the joint research group of Publishing house “Virtus Interpress” and the International Research Center for Banking and Corporate Governance of the Ukrainian Academy of Banking. These contributions have been made to the recent consultative document:
- DFSA consultative paper “ENHANCED CORPORATE GOVERNANCE REGIME FOR REPORTING ENTITIES”
The contributions have been done as a result of research undertaken by Prof. Alexander Kostyuk, Ms. Maria Oleschiuk and Mr. Oleg Ruban (Ukrainian Academy of Banking). Please, see the comments enclosed (Consultative Document 1). The group would be happy to receive comments on the proposals.
