Andert Governance Corporation
Andert Governance Corporation (AGC) is a Florida Incorporated Company (registered as a Minority Business Enterprise under provisions of chapter 287 of the Florida Statutes). Under the direction of Dr. Darlene M. Andert, the company provides corporate governance research and advisory services to public and private companies. AGC offers a full range of attendant high quality services to a rapidly growing number of clients in the USA, while developing infrastructures to respond to an increasing amount of interest shown by European companies as well as organizations headquartered in the Asian and African continents. Currently AGC is focused on transforming over 12 years of research into an internationally recognized education and licensing program for professional corporate directors.
