Corporate Governance in banks: anti-crisis paradigms

Publishing house Virtus Interpress and Ukrainian Academy of Banking launched a new research project – “Corporate Governance in Banks: anti-crisis paradigms”. The main objective of the project is to investigate the recent problems the banks of the world faced since the financial crisis has started in 2008. Attention is paid at the corporate governance practices the banks exploit to overcome the crisis. We have already composed the academic group of contributors. These are 18 experts in corporate governance in banks representing 12 countries of the world. The group of contributors is represented by Stefan Prigge (Germany), Alex Kostyuk (Ukraine), Jens Hagendorff (UK), Marina Brogi, Giacomo Nocera (Italy), Johanna Palmberg (Sweden), Kaoru Hosono(Japan), Rashidah Abdul Rahman (Malaysia), Grace Liao (Taiwan), Ambika Pati (India), Rami Zaitun (Qatar) and other experts.
